Add each business asset — domain registrar, Stripe, AWS, banking — with its credentials, notes, and who should inherit access. Takes about ten minutes for a typical solo SaaS. Everything is encrypted on your device.

Pick a check-in cadence. A couple of taps confirms your plan is current, and Heirloom reminds you as the date approaches so nothing gets stale. Heirloom never sends anything on its own.
